INGREDIENTES
Pasta / Noodles
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 1 piece mentaiko
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 300cc milk
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- Black pepper to taste
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and remove the mentaiko flesh from its casing.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with mentaiko and grated cheese.
Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion over medium heat until softened.
Add milk, water, salt, and consomme powder to the pan and bring to a boil. Add spaghetti, breaking it in half, and stir.
Cover the pan and cook the spaghetti over low heat for 2 minutes longer than the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and mix in the egg mixture. Adjust seasoning with black pepper.
