INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 1/2 tsp red shiso furikake
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Salt-Grilled Salmon
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon (100g)
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Sausage and Asparagus Sauté
- 🌭 1 sausage (20g)
- 🥦 1 asparagus spear (20g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Spicy Eggplant Stir-Fry
- 🍆 1/2 eggplant (40g)
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
PASOS
Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Place the salmon fillet in the pan and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
In the same pan, add the sausage and asparagus. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the eggplant to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add sake, ketchup, and gochujang, and cook for another 2 minutes until the eggplant is tender and coated in the sauce.
Assemble the bento box: place cooked rice in one section, sprinkle with red shiso furikake, and arrange the salmon, sausage-asparagus sauté, and spicy eggplant stir-fry in separate compartments.
