INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥓 50g block bacon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into 1cm width
- 🌱 3 green beans, trimmed and sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
PASOS
Slice the onion into 1cm width and trim the green beans, cutting them diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm width pieces.
Mix the soy sauce, anchovy paste, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and sauté briefly, then add the onion and green beans. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
