INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice both the caps and stems thinly.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and stir-fry until browned. Add the onion and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
Add the seasonings (grated ginger, sake, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry until well combined.
