INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, chopped
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in water
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Liquids
- 50cc reserved pasta water
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- Bonito flakes, as needed
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly, mince the garlic, and chop the green onion.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 50cc of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and cook until softened.
Add tuna to the pan and mix well. Pour in reserved pasta water, soy sauce, and dashi powder, then bring to a boil.
Add cooked spaghetti and green onion to the pan. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and garnish with bonito flakes.
