- 🧅 1 onion (200g)

- 🍤 7 boiled shrimp, cut into thirds

- 🧀 10g pizza cheese
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the onion in half horizontally and trim the bottom to stabilize. Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2.5–3 minutes.
Let the onion cool slightly, then scoop out the inner layers with a spoon, leaving 2–3 outer layers intact as a cup. Dice the removed onion and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the tartar sauce ingredients. Add the diced onion and shrimp, and combine well.
Fill the onion cups with the tartar mixture. Place on a foil-lined toaster oven tray and bake in a preheated toaster oven for 7–8 minutes until golden brown.
