INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices thick-cut bread
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water. Drain well.
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl to make tuna mayo.
Spread the tuna mayo evenly on the bread slices. Layer with onion and shredded cheese. Repeat for the second slice.
Toast the bread in a toaster for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
