INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🧅 2 whole onions
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (80g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cheese
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese for filling
- 🧀 15g pizza cheese for topping

- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
PASOS
Cut off the top and bottom of the onions, hollow out the center, and finely chop the removed onion flesh. Place the hollowed onions on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until softened.
In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, tuna, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and 30g of pizza cheese. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed onions.
Top the stuffed onions with 15g of pizza cheese and place them on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes without covering, until the cheese melts.
