INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 200g cooking oysters
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (about 100g) shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 🥓 3 slices bacon
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt for oysters
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 2 tbsp salted butter for oysters
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter for white sauce
- 🥛 2/3 cup milk
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Flour
- 🌾 As needed flour for oysters
- 🌾 1.5 tbsp flour for white sauce
PASOS
Clean the oysters and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Coat them lightly with flour.
Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan and sauté the oysters until lightly browned. Set aside.
Slice the bacon and sauté it in the same pan until crispy. Add shimeji mushrooms and cook until softened.
Prepare the white sauce by melting 1 tbsp of butter in a saucepan. Add 1.5 tbsp of flour and whisk until smooth.
Gradually add 2/3 cup of milk to the saucepan while stirring. Season with 1/4 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Combine the sautéed oysters, bacon, mushrooms, and white sauce in a baking dish. Top with 30g of pizza cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
