PASOS
Cut the green onion into bite-sized pieces. Coat the oysters with 1 tbsp cornstarch (for washing) and gently wash them with water. Rinse off the dirt and cornstarch, then pat dry.
Place the oysters in a bowl and coat them with 2 tbsp cornstarch (for coating).
Heat butter and grated garlic in a frying pan. Add the green onion and oysters, cooking over medium heat until both sides are browned.
Add sake, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and water, then quickly toss to coat the ingredients.
Serve the warm rice in bowls, top with the cooked ingredients, and drizzle the remaining sauce from the pan over the dish.
