INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 6 large shrimp with heads
- 🐚 300g clams, cleaned
Meat
- 🌭 12 sausages (240g)
Vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper (150g)
- 🧅 1 onion (200g)
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
Liquids
- 🍷 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Broth
- 💧 3 cups water
- 🍅 1 can (400g) whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp bouillon granules
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Prepare the shrimp by cleaning them and leaving the heads intact.
Clean the clams thoroughly and soak them to remove sand.
Slice the onion and red bell pepper into thin strips.
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the onion and bell pepper to the pot and cook until softened.
Pour in the white wine and simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
Add the water, canned tomatoes, bouillon granules, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir well.
Arrange the shrimp, clams, and sausages in the pot in a decorative pattern.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the seafood is cooked and the flavors meld together.
Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
