- Potato starch as needed
- 1/2 stalk scallion
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
PASOS
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap chicken pieces with seaweed and coat lightly with potato starch.
