INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of cod
Vegetables
- 🍄 70g king oyster mushrooms
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour, as needed
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
Liquids
- 💧 50cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Fats
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half, then slice each half into quarters lengthwise.
Cut the cod fillets into thirds and coat them lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sear the cod on both sides until golden brown.
Add the king oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add water and chicken broth powder, stir to combine, then mix in butter and soy sauce until well incorporated.
