INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 125g pea shoots
- 35g red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Aurora Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🥚 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Coat the yellowtail fillets with all-purpose flour evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the yellowtail until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the bean sprouts, pea shoots, and red bell pepper quickly over high heat.
Mix all the Aurora Sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper) in a small bowl.
Return the yellowtail to the pan, pour the Aurora Sauce over, and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Serve immediately while hot.
