INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 16 green peas
Condiments
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Other
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 💧 70cc water
PASOS
Mix bean sprouts and minced onion in a bowl, then coat with potato starch.
In another bowl, mix ground pork, ginger paste, egg, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and salt until sticky.
Combine the pork mixture with the vegetable mixture and mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly in a frying pan and flatten the surface.
Arrange green peas in a grid pattern (4x4 rows).
Pour water around the edges, cover with a lid, and steam on high heat until steam rises. Then reduce to medium heat and steam for 10 minutes.
