- 🌰 180g roasted peanuts
- 🧈 20g butter
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
PASOS
Add roasted peanuts, butter, eggs, honey, and salt into a blender.
Grease the inside of a microwave-safe container with oil or butter.
Pour the batter into the container, tap to remove air bubbles, and smooth the surface.
Microwave for 6 minutes without a lid. Check doneness by inserting a chopstick; if it comes out clean, it's ready.
Let it cool slightly, then invert onto a plate to serve.
