- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked white rice
Plum
- 🍑 1 pickled plum
Seaweed
- 5g shredded tororo kombu
Vegetables

- 💧 200ml water
PASOS
Remove the pit from the pickled plum and mash it into a paste using a knife.
Bring water, dashi powder, and salt to a boil in a pot.
Place cooked white rice in a bowl, pour the hot soup over it, and top with tororo kombu, mashed plum, chopped green onion, and wasabi.
