INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
- 100g bean sprouts
- 50g chives
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp miso
Toppings
- Sesame seeds to taste
- Shichimi pepper to taste
- Chili oil to taste
PASOS
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces and julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork, grated ginger, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened. Then add water and chicken stock powder, mixing well.
Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and simmer for 1 minute. Dissolve miso into the soup, add chives, and cook until softened. Serve in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds, shichimi pepper, and chili oil as desired.
