- 🥬 1/6 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Meat
- 🐖 120g sliced pork
Spices & Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper

- 2 tsp salad oil
Cheese
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
PASOS
Thinly slice the cabbage and garlic.
Heat salad oil in a skillet over medium heat, add pork and garlic, and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Layer the cabbage, cooked pork, garlic, and shredded pizza cheese in the skillet. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the cabbage softens. Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
