INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🥬 200g cabbage, torn into pieces
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
PASOS
Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the miso, grated garlic, and mirin in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry until the oil coats it evenly. Then add the miso mixture and stir-fry everything together.
Add the butter and stir briefly to finish.
