INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
PASOS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning mixture and stir to combine.
