INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g Chinese cabbage
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Thickener
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
PASOS
Cut the Chinese cabbage in half lengthwise and slice into 3cm wide pieces. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice them into 5mm thick pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and grated ginger, stir-frying for 2 minutes until the pork changes color.
Add Chinese cabbage and shiitake mushrooms to the pan, stir until coated with oil, then add the sauce ingredients (water, sake, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Pour the cornstarch slurry into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls and pour the thickened sauce over the rice.
