INGREDIENTES
Filling
- 120g ground pork
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Dough
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 20g potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 100cc water
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Mince the chives, onion, and ginger.
In a bowl, mix the minced vegetables, ground pork, and salt until sticky.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil) and mix well. Divide into 6 portions and shape into balls.
In another bowl, mix the dough ingredients (flour, potato starch, salt) and gradually add water while mixing. Knead the dough and divide into 6 portions.
Flatten each dough ball, place the filling in the center, and wrap the dough around it. Shape into oyaki.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the oyaki in the pan and cook for 3 minutes until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
