INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 180g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 50g chives
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 piece ginger
Dry Ingredients
- 4g dried wood ear mushrooms
- 20g vermicelli
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 200ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
PASOS
Soak dried wood ear mushrooms in water until softened, then slice them thinly.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger until fragrant.
Add pork to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
Add chives, cherry tomatoes, and wood ear mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry briefly.
Mix water, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and doubanjiang in a bowl. Pour into the pan.
Add vermicelli to the pan and cook until softened.
Combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy.
