INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish, peeled and cut
Staples
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, a small amount
PASOS
Peel the daikon radish and cut into 4–5cm lengths, then slice into 7mm thick sticks.
Coat the pork slices with cornstarch.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the daikon and stir-fry until translucent. Pour in the seasoning mixture and cook until the liquid reduces.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
