INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head napa cabbage (625g)
- 2 slices of ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
PASOS
Cut the napa cabbage into 1cm-wide strips.
Add the soup base ingredients (water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder), pork belly, and ginger to a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6–7 minutes.
Add the napa cabbage to the pot, bring it back to a boil, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes until the cabbage softens.
Drizzle sesame oil over the hot pot before serving.
