INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
- 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Dairy
- 🧀 80g shredded pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Julienne the potatoes, break apart the maitake mushrooms, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the pork, potatoes, maitake mushrooms, and seasonings in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan and cook the mixture over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Shape the mixture into a round, flat form in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle half of the cheese around the edges of the pan, cover, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese in the center, cover, and steam for another 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
