INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g mixed root vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
PASOS
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and halve them.
Place the pork, salt, pepper, and potato starch in a plastic bag and coat evenly.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the mixed root vegetables and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Pour the miso sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly distributed. Turn off the heat, add the pea shoots, and mix quickly.
