    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp miso

Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry sliced pork over medium heat until the color changes.

Add sake and water, cover the pot, and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, miso) and kimchi to the pot, bring to a boil, then scoop large chunks of silken tofu into the pot. Add soybean sprouts, cover, and simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes.

Pour in soy milk and gently heat without bringing it to a boil. Sprinkle white sesame seeds before serving.
