INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 sweet potato (180g), cut into sticks
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Massage the pork with sake, salt, and pepper.
Cut the sweet potato into sticks and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the pork over medium heat until its color changes.
Add the sweet potato and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add the sauce and stir quickly. Finally, add butter and mix well.
