INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
Meat
- 🍖 60g of sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍅 100g of diced tomato
- 25g of chopped kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 2g of bonito flakes
- 💧 Water as needed
- 1/2 tbsp of sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp of dashi powder
PASOS
Cut the pork into strips that are 2cm wide.
Remove the stem from the tomato and dice it into 2cm cubes. Trim the roots off the kaiware and cut them into thirds.
Add the rice and seasonings (☆) to the rice cooker. Add water up to just below the 1-cup mark, mix gently, and level the rice. Layer the pork, tomato, and bonito flakes on top, then cook as usual.
Once cooked, add the kaiware sprouts and mix gently.
