- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants, sliced diagonally
- 5cm grated daikon
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the eggplants diagonally into manageable pieces.
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork and eggplant over medium heat until cooked and softened.
Plate the stir-fried pork and eggplant, top with grated daikon, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle chopped green onions.
