INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g sliced pork belly
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
Seasoning
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut tofu into 2cm cubes, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water. Mince the green onion.
Cut pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat, add minced green onion, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add pork belly and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Add doubanjiang and stir until well combined.
Add water, sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Add tofu and bring to a boil again. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens.
