INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍜 1 block of frozen udon noodles
- 🥓 80g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥬 50g cabbage, chopped
- 🌱 20g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, sliced
Soup Base
- 💧 250cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the chives and cut them into 4cm lengths. Slice the garlic and remove its core.
Cut the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
In a pot, combine the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the pork belly and skim off any foam. Add the garlic and cover, simmering on low heat for 4 minutes.
Add the udon noodles and cabbage to the pot. Increase to medium heat and bring to a boil. Lightly loosen the noodles, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the chives and simmer for 1 more minute.
