    • 1 slice ginger

  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 70cc ponzu soy sauce
    • 300cc water

Mix seasoning ingredients in the rice cooker pot. Add pork belly, daikon, green onion (both green and white parts), and ginger. Start normal cooking mode.
