INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 300g pork shoulder
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Chop the green onion and remove excess blood from the pork using a kitchen towel. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade.
Coat the pork evenly with the marinade.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil, add the marinated pork, and cook over medium heat until fully cooked. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
