INGREDIENTES

- 200g pork harami
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
- 1 bag bean sprouts (200g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning - Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning - Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix pork, sake, and soy sauce, then coat with cornstarch.
Combine all sauce ingredients (★) in a bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the pork until browned and fully cooked, flipping occasionally.
Push the pork to the side, add bell peppers, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add bean sprouts and quickly stir-fry everything together.
Add the sauce and stir-fry over medium-high heat until well combined.
