INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g pork slices
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Mustard Sauce
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
PASOS
Mix all ingredients for the mustard sauce in a bowl.
Place pork slices in a bowl, add sake, salt, and pepper, and massage the mixture. Divide into two portions and shape into steak forms. Coat both sides with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork steaks and cook until both sides are browned.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until the pork is fully cooked. Add the mustard sauce and coat the steaks evenly.
