INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced pork loin (10 slices)
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced into 10 pieces
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Garlic Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 sprig parsley, minced
PASOS
Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into 10 pieces. Mince the parsley.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, grated garlic, and minced parsley to make garlic breadcrumbs.
Place a slice of pork loin on a cutting board, season with salt and pepper, add a portion of shredded cheese, and fold in half. Repeat for all slices.
Arrange the folded pork slices and tomato slices alternately in a heatproof dish. Sprinkle garlic breadcrumbs on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for about 12 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
