INGREDIENTES

- 8 slices thinly sliced pork loin
Dairy
- 🧀 8 pieces processed cheese (100g)
Seasoning

- 🧄 2/3 tsp grated garlic
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper, then spread a thin layer of grated garlic on each slice.
Place a piece of processed cheese on each pork slice and roll it up tightly from one end. Repeat to make 8 rolls. Lightly coat each roll with all-purpose flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
