INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 600g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 20cm green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Binding
- 2 tbsp starch
Cooking Oil
- Generous amount of vegetable oil
Cheese
- Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Sauce
- 10 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 5 tbsp water
PASOS
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Prepare 600g minced pork, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1/2 tbsp minced ginger.
Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Mix the chopped green onion and onion into the pork mixture.
Add 2 tbsp starch to the mixture.
Shape the pork mixture into round meatballs.
Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-low heat and cook the meatballs evenly on all sides.
Mix 10 tbsp tomato sauce, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 5 tbsp water in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the cooked meatballs and simmer gently. Cover the pan to ensure the meatballs are fully cooked.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
