    • 💧 100cc water
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 100g all-purpose flour
    • 4g bonito flakes

In a bowl, crack the egg and mix it. Add water and salt, then mix. Add flour and mix again. Finally, add bean sprouts and bonito flakes to create the batter.

Heat half of the sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan. Spread the pork mince evenly, sprinkle pizza cheese around the edges, and pour the batter over it. Flatten the batter evenly. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the okonomiyaki, add the remaining sesame oil (1 tbsp) around the edges, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
