INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 300g ground pork or beef
Vegetables
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 5cm chopped green onion
Seasoning for Meat
- 3 tbsp ginger wine or cooking wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 dashes black pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Mix ground pork with 3 tbsp ginger wine and let sit briefly. Remove excess moisture using a paper towel.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp potato starch, 2 dashes black pepper, and 5cm chopped green onion to the meat.
Slice king oyster mushrooms into long pieces for easier attachment of the meat.
Prepare the sauce by combining 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Microwave for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Attach the meat mixture to the mushroom slices, shaping them neatly. Repeat until all mushrooms are covered.
Heat a frying pan with oil and cook the patties on low heat, rolling them to ensure even cooking.
Brush the prepared sauce onto the cooked patties and serve.
