INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 180g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Dressing
- 🧅 75g onion, finely chopped
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Boil the sliced pork in water with 1 tbsp sake until tender. Drain and set aside.
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and cool.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the dressing by mixing finely chopped onion, sugar, soy sauce, ground sesame, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl.
Combine the pork, bean sprouts, and wakame in a serving bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently.
