- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 leek, thinly sliced
- 30g pickled Zha Cai
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
