INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 2 slices pork shoulder, 1cm thick
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Vegetables
- 🧄 15 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 1/2 cup water
PASOS
Season the pork shoulder slices with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pan-fry the pork slices until golden brown on both sides.
Add garlic, onion, and mushrooms to the pan and sauté until softened.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and water in a bowl.
Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
Fry the eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan.
Plate the pork steak with the sautéed vegetables and fried eggs.
