- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp curry powder
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly, removing the core.
In a plastic bag, mix the seasonings (miso, mayonnaise, garlic, curry powder) thoroughly. Add the pork and onion, massage to coat evenly, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and onion mixture, stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
