INGREDIENTES
Staple
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Protein
- 🐖 70g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥚 1 egg
Topping
- 3 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 70cc water
PASOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk lightly.
Heat a frying pan and cook the pork until its color changes. Add soy sauce and water, then bring to a boil.
Pour the whisked egg over the pork mixture. Sprinkle tempura flakes and chopped green onion on top.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the egg reaches your desired consistency.
Serve the pork mixture over a bowl of cooked rice.
