- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

- 4 shiso leaves

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
PASOS
Remove the seed from the umeboshi and mash it into a paste using a knife. Cut the shiso leaves in half.
Place a shiso leaf and umeboshi paste on the pork slice, roll it up, coat lightly with mayonnaise, and then cover with breadcrumbs.
Bake the rolls in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
