INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🥔 2 potatoes
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground chicken
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut potatoes into 5mm thick sticks and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Pat dry.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, black sesame seeds, sake, soy sauce, potato starch, and grated ginger until sticky.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions, flatten each, place potatoes on top, wrap and shape. Arrange in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add tsukune and cook until browned on both sides. Add sake, soy sauce, and mirin, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
